Rehman Habib Consultants (RHC) is seeking a highly experienced and qualified General Manager – Construction to lead and supervise construction activities on large-scale dam and water resources projects. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge, proven project management skills, and the ability to drive excellence across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction supervision of complex infrastructure projects, particularly dams and water resource developments.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues on-site.
• Monitor and report on construction progress, risks, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety protocols.
   

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision of large-scale dam and water resource projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory compliance.
