Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager – Quarry to oversee the daily quarrying and crushing operations of our Soda Ash Business in Khewra. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in mining operations and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily quarrying and crushing operations with a focus on productivity, safety, and cost efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with mining regulations, environmental laws, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
• Manage blasting operations and handle explosives as per applicable legal and safety standards
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
• Monitor and control production to ensure high-quality limestone output meets business specifications
• Lead and mentor on-ground teams, ensuring performance targets and safety metrics are achieved

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in mining operations, especially quarrying and material handling
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
