Job Overview:

Dalda Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Territory Sales Officer to join its team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective territory sales plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
• Ensure timely execution of trade promotions and campaigns
• Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to the regional team
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant experience in FMCG sales will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
