Job Overview:

Santex is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee – Procurement & Planning to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with procurement and planning teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement and planning operations by managing data, reports, and supplier communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate documentation and analysis
• Assist in developing efficient systems and workflows within the department
• Collaborate on team tasks and independently manage assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science
• Graduation from NED, FAST, or NUST is mandatory

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
   

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
