Job Overview:

A well-established and progressive business firm is seeking a Manager Finance & Accounts to lead its financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and ERP systems, with proven expertise in project accounting and internal controls.

Qualification:

• CA (Qualified or Intermediate) / ICMA (Qualified or Intermediate)
• Additional certifications or finance-related degrees will be a plus
   

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Preferably within the age bracket of 30–40 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Project/Contract Accounting and Costing
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processes and import documentation
• Oversee General Accounting functions and month-end closings
• Operate and optimize usage of ERP systems for financial operations
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare and file Sales Tax and Income Tax returns
• Create monthly management reports and financial statements

• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Excellent command of ERP-based accounting systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
