Job Description
Job Overview:
A well-established and progressive business firm is seeking a Manager Finance & Accounts to lead its financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and ERP systems, with proven expertise in project accounting and internal controls.
Qualification:
- CA (Qualified or Intermediate) / ICMA (Qualified or Intermediate)
- Additional certifications or finance-related degrees will be a plus
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Preferably within the age bracket of 30–40 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Project/Contract Accounting and Costing
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) processes and import documentation
- Oversee General Accounting functions and month-end closings
- Operate and optimize usage of ERP systems for financial operations
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures
- Prepare and file Sales Tax and Income Tax returns
- Create monthly management reports and financial statements
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Excellent command of ERP-based accounting systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Effective leadership and team coordination abilities
