Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging
- Analyze market trends and forecast material needs
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement costs
- Coordinate with internal departments for supply chain optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management
- Prior experience in the FMCG/food/spices/packaging industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement cycles
