Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Lead all HR functions including:
  • Talent acquisition
  • Employee engagement
  • Performance management
  • Compensation & benefits
• Build and mentor a high-performing HR team
• Foster a workplace culture of engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Collaborate with senior leadership to initiate and drive organizational development and change management strategies
   

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR management
• Proven success in designing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development expertise
