Job Description:

Qarshi Industries (PVT.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Deputy Manager Maintenance to oversee the smooth operation of our Maintenance & Utilities Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading a team to uphold safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the smooth running of operations to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with machine suppliers for maintenance and technical support.
• Monitor and enhance the efficiency of the Maintenance & Utilities Department.
• Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement systems for streamlined operations and time management within the department.
• Conduct staff training, counseling, and motivation to foster a high-performing team.
• Manage the effective use of utilities (water, electricity, HVAC, etc.) and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor utility consumption and devise strategies to reduce energy costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc./BE in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

   

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and other industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
