About the Role:

A leading Workwear Textile Division is seeking an experienced and results-driven Deputy General Manager – Factory to oversee factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production lifecycle, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency, with a particular focus on industrial/workwear garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, especially for workwear/industrial garments
• Optimize the use of manpower, resources, and production costs
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and audit requirements
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field
• 10–15 years of proven experience in factory management within textile or apparel manufacturing, preferably in workwear/industrial garments
• Strong technical knowledge in garment production, industrial engineering, and compliance protocols
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strategic execution skills
