Job Description:

• Supervise and verify premix area activities including:
  • Dispensing
  • Blending
  • Sieving
  • Sampling
  • In-process quality checks (IPCs)
     
• Ensure full compliance with
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Food safety standards
  • Hygiene protocols
  • Safety measures

  • Data integrity requirements

     

• Conduct and document line and area clearance before batch initiation.
• Identify, report, and document any non-conformances during processing.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR) and IPC data for:
  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Compliance
     
• Perform raw material sampling as per SOPs and ensure proper status labeling (e.g., Released, Rejected, Under Test).
   
• Maintain accurate QA documentation including:
  • Logbooks
  • Equipment usage logs

  • Calibration and cleaning records

     

• Support QA document issuance and reconciliation.
• Verify production entries and ensure controlled documentation practices.
   

Candidate Background:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or a related discipline

• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in QA within the Food Industry
