Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resource to oversee key HR operations at the unit level. The role involves managing payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, and employee records while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will also support audits and supervise junior HR staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and manage attendance/leave systems.
- Coordinate recruitment and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
Supervise and mentor junior HR personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of HR experience, including payroll, attendance systems, and recruitment.
- Prior experience in the denim industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and labor laws.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
