Job Summary:

• The Assistant Manager Event Sales Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate banquet, birthday, and corporate events.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve event booking targets.
• Build relationships with clients to secure bookings for banquets, birthdays, and corporate events.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and competitive opportunities.
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales or event management, preferably in the banquet or corporate sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
