Job Summary:

4Sight Finance Services (Pvt) Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join our dynamic team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the Marketing Department. This entry-level position is designed for individuals passionate about the finance and mobile installment sector, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training, with a clear pathway for promotion to City Operations Manager within three months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and sales strategies of mobile installment products
• Assist in monitoring and tracking sales team performance, offering feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to support successful sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation
• Address customer inquiries confidently and professionally, maintaining a strong knowledge of product offerings
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to develop skills in sales and financial services
• Engage with potential clients to promote products using excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management review
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Take a proactive approach to identifying operational challenges and proposing innovative solutions
   

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or the financial services industry is a plus
