Job Description
Job Summary:
Gourmet Food is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience, especially those from an FMCG background, looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursements
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates
- Address employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
- Assist in performance management and annual appraisal cycles
- Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to company HR policies
- Support day-to-day HR operations and organizational development activities
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG industry preferred)
- Sound knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR operations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
