Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager - Printing to oversee all aspects of the printing process, from development to bulk production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to SOPs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of printing technologies and a proven track record in the knitwear/garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
  • Oversee the entire printing process, including development, sampling, and bulk production.
  • Ensure smooth execution of printing operations, considering machine capacity, chemical requirements, and approved designs/screens.
• Quality & Efficiency:
  • Monitor printing efficiency, output, and rejections, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strict process control to ensure all parameters meet SOPs and quality benchmarks.
• Resource Coordination:
  • Ensure timely availability of cut parts, chemicals, and accessories for all production orders.
  • Manage inventory of printing materials, inks, and auxiliaries to avoid production delays.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Provide guidance on printing techniques, recipe management, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with advancements in printing technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience:
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Printing Department of the knitwear/garment industry.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of printing machines, inks, auxiliaries, and recipe management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production processes.
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
