Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Embroidery Production to oversee and optimize our embroidery operations for PRET, Unstitched, and in-house production units. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine utilization, maintaining quality standards (B2), and achieving production targets within strict timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of embroidery processes, excellent planning skills, and the ability to lead and develop a production team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily embroidery production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets
  • Ensure maximum machine utilization and optimal workflow efficiency
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including sewing, finishing, line loss, and profitability
  • Achieve a maximum turnaround time of two weeks post-bulk approval
  • Ensure timely completion of season-wise production schedules
  • Utilize SAP EMB Module for production planning, costing, and reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
  • Train and mentor embroidery team members to improve skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field

 

Experience:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in embroidery production management
  • Proven track record in garment/apparel manufacturing environment

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of embroidery machinery and production processes
  • Proficiency in SAP EMB Module for production management
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
