Job Summary:

Karma Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager to oversee and successfully deliver software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration
• Manage resources, schedules, and risks to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve workflow and team efficiency
• Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges as they arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tech Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Technical background or familiarity with software engineering practices is a plus
