Job Summary:

Unicol Limited, a joint venture manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and motivated individual for the role of Management Trainee Officer – Agronomy at its sugar plant located in Sargodha, Punjab. This role offers hands-on experience in fieldwork and exposure to modern agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing agronomy trials and field demonstrations.
• Support the field team in crop monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
• Liaise with farmers and stakeholders to promote best agricultural practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in crop production and protection.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on field observations.
• Participate in training sessions and departmental rotations.
   

Job Requirements:

• BS / M.Sc. in Agronomy from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
