Job Description

Job Summary:

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Secretary to support the Director Admin in planning, coordinating, and managing all official matters. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and administrative skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Coordinator with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain and regularly update the meeting schedule/calendar of the Director Admin
  • Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel as per departmental requirements
  • Organize and maintain office files and ensure proper handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Distribute internal mail to relevant departments and coordinate dispatch of mail to all company plant locations
  • Coordinate with the Admin Department for travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and official travel plans
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and help resolve office-related issues
     

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
     

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
