Job Description
Job Summary:
Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Secretary to support the Director Admin in planning, coordinating, and managing all official matters. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and administrative skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Coordinator with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and regularly update the meeting schedule/calendar of the Director Admin
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel as per departmental requirements
- Organize and maintain office files and ensure proper handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Distribute internal mail to relevant departments and coordinate dispatch of mail to all company plant locations
- Coordinate with the Admin Department for travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and official travel plans
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and help resolve office-related issues
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
