The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office management, project coordination, HR processes, procurement cycles, and inventory systems. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative operations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, preferably with a focus on HR and Project Management.
- 10-12 years of proven experience in:
- Office Management
- Project Management
- Human Resource Operations (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in
- HR processes
- Procurement cycles
- Inventory system management
- Strong command over MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
