Job Description:

BlueEX is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MTO – Strategy to join our Karachi office. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment processes, handling tracking discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Track delivery and return statuses of consignments.
• Check and follow up on network pending CNs (Consignment Notes).
• Verify shipment statuses via tracking systems.
• Handle emails related to shipment operations and update MIS (Management Information System).

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or internship in the logistics/supply chain field.
• Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
