Job Description:

Lucky Core Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and skilled Officer – Power Operations to join its Polyester Business in Sheikhupura. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of power generation equipment while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational and standby engines are maintained in optimal running condition.
• Monitor and verify accurate completion of Electrical and Mechanical log sheets during each shift.
• Issue Permits to Work (PTWs) as per approved job requirements and in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain overall health, efficiency, and performance of engines and auxiliary equipment.
• Lead and supervise the safe and efficient decanting of HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) and diesel oil tankers.
• Prepare and submit bi-monthly and monthly operational reports.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and support to Engine Room Operators (ERO) and Control Room Operators (CRO).
• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure adherence to the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of power generation operations and maintenance protocols.
• Good understanding of PTW systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Strong commitment to HSE practices and team training initiatives.
