Objective:

The Inventory Manager (Graduate Trainee) will support inventory planning, material tracking, and warehouse management in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project environments by applying industrial engineering principles and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using ERP systems.
• Assist in procurement coordination and ensure material availability.
• Analyze inventory data to optimize warehouse space, cost efficiency, and stock levels.
• Support regular cycle counting and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Apply Lean techniques to enhance warehouse operations and processes.
• Prepare inventory reports covering stock turnover, obsolete inventory, and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate inventory activities with site engineers and procurement teams.
   

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Internship or academic project experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial project environment.
