Job Description:

Dawn Bread is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor (Electrical) to ensure the smooth operation of its plant during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems, leading shift technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage plant operations during shifts to ensure seamless production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical and electronic systems promptly.
• Lead, guide, and manage shift technicians to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for continuous improvement of plant reliability.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: DAE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an industrial plant environment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, effective team supervision, and a proactive approach towards safety management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a hands-on approach.
