About the Role:

SPAR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the operations of our supermarket. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene practices (especially for fresh produce and meat).
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings and promotions.

• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain from an accredited university.
• Experience: 5-7 years of retail management experience in a leading food retail supermarket.
