Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Conduct financial reviews and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Familiarity with IFRS and IAS.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
