IBL HealthCare Ltd. is actively seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to join its dynamic Supply Chain Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of warehouse management and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, stock levels, and storage conditions
• Ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation of goods
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support periodic audits, inventory counts, and system updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities within warehouse operations
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (pharma/healthcare preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
