Job Description:

Pakistan Cables Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive – Utilities to join its team at the Nooriabad Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Power House operations, ensuring efficient distribution and synchronization of power systems, and supporting renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Power House, ensuring smooth power distribution and synchronization.
• Monitor and manage electrical systems, including BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and micro-grid projects.
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of Wind/Solar Power Plants.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to power systems.
• Support project execution involving PLCs, grid synchronization, and energy efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and servicing of equipment.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power House operations.
• Proven expertise in Power Distribution and Synchronization.
• Exposure to BESS and Micro-grid projects.
• Experience in Wind/Solar Power Plants is preferred.
• Certifications in PLC/Grid Synchronization are a plus.
• Strong technical problem-solving and field management skills.
