Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue generation
   

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or software services
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
