Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry).

Experience

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience (preferably in paint industries).

• Production management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production and production planning.
• Utilize working knowledge of SAP MRP processes for operations.
• Manage inventory efficiently.
• Lead solvent-based plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise production teams and ensure effective team control.
• Monitor and support HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance.
• Maintain SOP compliance across all processes.
• Monitor and control KPIs for production efficiency.
• Implement SMP (Standard Manufacturing Practices) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting head
