We are currently seeking an  Network Administrator to join our IT team and support our mission of providing seamless healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in network and system administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+ will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain network documentation and IT asset inventory.
• Implement and support backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
• Keep systems updated with latest patches and security fixes.
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and network expansion projects.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Design and implement Exchange Server, VOIP/IP PBX, Virtualization, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.
• Work with Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN networks, and Active Directory.
• Apply basic cybersecurity and data protection measures.
