Job Summary

Ibex Global is seeking three energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executives to join our growing HR team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct daily interviews (both in-person and virtual) for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
   

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of HR experience (Recruitment & Selection preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-performance environment.
• Preferably male candidates.
   

Role Details

• Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Transport: Company-provided door-to-door facility
