Job Description

About the Role

The Admin and Accounts Officer will oversee administrative operations and financial record-keeping. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies while maintaining accuracy in financial reporting and day-to-day administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and assist in audits.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for office operations and programs.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 16 years of education (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in accounts and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
