Education:

• Intermediate in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.

• Certifications such as MCSE, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.

   

  Experience

• Hands-on experience in setting up and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and network operating systems
• Proficiency in network management tools and security protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues and perform routine maintenance (backups, updates, monitoring).
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining network security protocols against unauthorized access and threats.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to support users facing network-related problems.
• Ability to monitor performance and optimize efficiency.
