Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a CSR Team Lead to lead customer service operations, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage CSR/aftersales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
  • Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
