About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Management Trainee Officer – Recruitment to join our HR team and support our expanding talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in HR and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Post job advertisements, manage applications, and maintain candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct initial assessments and provide feedback to HR and hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of recruitment tools/LinkedIn sourcing will be an advantage.
