Job Description

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing fixed assets, CAPEX budgets, vendor payments, audit compliance, and other financial operations. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support financial reporting, governance compliance, and internal control processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register, including capitalization, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
  • Prepare and monitor CAPEX budgets; report on project overruns.
  • Process vendor payments and assist in payment runs and issue resolution.
  • Prepare financial schedules, related party transactions, and support statutory reporting.
  • Record Workers Profit Participation Fund entries.
  • Manage insurance of assets and stock; support audit documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit standards.
  • Assist in secretarial tasks and corporate governance compliance.
     

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • ACCA Part-Qualified or ACCA Affiliate.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Deadline  19 August 2025
