Role Overview:

SPAR Pakistan is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join its dynamic retail team as Team Leads across multiple departments. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on food retail experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational excellence in their assigned category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations of assigned department.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, product availability, and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, goods receiving, and category-specific requirements.
• Oversee and guide team members to meet performance and service goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards.
• Support smooth checkout operations, bakery production, and security measures where relevant.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate (minimum).
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in food retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
