Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our
logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking
international shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring efficient inventory and
order management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in daily logistics and supply chain operations.
● Track and manage shipments from Japan, Dubai, and the UK.
● Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and warehouse teams.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and shipment documentation.
● Support procurement and order management activities.
● Ensure timely delivery of shipments and help resolve any supply chain issues.
● Prepare and analyze logistics performance and inventory reports.
Requirements:
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain tools is a plus.
