A reputed feed mill is seeking a qualified and experienced Store Officer to manage and oversee inventory and store operations using SAP. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, smooth material handling, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory using SAP.
- Supervise the receiving, stacking, and issuing processes for feed ingredients and materials.
- Ensure real-time inventory posting and proper documentation in SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production departments for material flow.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock against SAP records.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to compliance protocols.
- Ensure timely reporting and record-keeping for inventory movements.
- Assist in continuous process improvements for efficient store operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in store operations, preferably in a feed mill or manufacturing unit.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP (MM Module or relevant).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
