Hoora Pharma is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Sales Officer/Executive specializing in Lab Diagnostics (Siemens Segment). The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly targets through strategic field visits and CRM-driven customer management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with clients, including key accounts and opinion leaders.
  • Log and manage daily activities using CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Gather market feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the lab diagnostics sector.
  • Maintain a professional presence while delivering persuasive presentations to clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines for sales deliverables.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotechnology).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lab diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive under target-driven pressure.
