Job Description:

Hoora Pharma is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Service Engineer specializing in Lab Diagnostics (IVD Equipment). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of diagnostic equipment through installation, maintenance, and technical support, while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Calibration: Set up and calibrate IVD lab equipment at client sites.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Client Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, ensuring minimal downtime for critical lab equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in servicing lab diagnostic equipment (IVD experience preferred).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
