Paragon Constructors (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager Administration to lead its administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage office infrastructure, supervise administrative staff, and ensure the smooth execution of all office-related activities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee the management of office infrastructure, facilities, utilities, supplies, and workspace arrangements.
- Coordinate office expansion, renovation projects, and workspace modifications.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts related to security, housekeeping, stationery, and other office services.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring billing accuracy and service quality.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external service providers.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of office systems, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.
