Ali Gohar & Company, a leading name in the distribution industry, is seeking qualified and detail-oriented professionals for the roles of Accounts Officer. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting treasury functions, contributing to the company’s financial stability and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle day-to-day accounting related activities.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate with financial institutions.
  • Support in cash flow management and monitor daily liquidity positions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Utilize ERP/accounting systems for financial data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
     

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting or treasury role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics or other ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
