Job Description:

Saeed Ghani 1888, one of Pakistan's leading FMCG companies, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager Finance to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning to support the company’s continued growth and legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Support senior management with strategic financial insights and recommendations.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, ACCA, CMA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial management within an FMCG company is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be a male candidate (as per company’s current hiring requirement)
