Job Summary:

Amna Industries is seeking a visionary and results-driven GM Production to lead the Stitching Unit in our Knits Division. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in knitwear production, strong leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic oversight and hands-on management of stitching operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete stitching operations for knitwear products
• Ensure production quality, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment
• Lead and manage stitching teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and implement best production practices
• Collaborate closely with planning, IE, quality, and merchandising teams for seamless operations
• Monitor KPIs, control production costs, and drive productivity improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and quality standards
   

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in knitwear stitching/production, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of knit fabrics, industrial stitching machines (e.g., overlock, flatlock), and industrial engineering (IE) processes
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven ability in cost control, productivity enhancement, and maintaining high compliance standards
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
