Job Description:

Emirates Glass is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting logistics activities. Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in glass production, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain up-to-date records.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement inventory control techniques.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper documentation of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and warehouse procedures.
• Analyze productivity metrics and suggest process improvements to reduce operational costs.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of glass production processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, record-keeping, and shipping procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
