Walkeaze is looking for a proactive Executive Admin to manage statutory compliance, legal documentation, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with regulatory bodies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting internal HR/Admin operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee registrations, deletions, and monthly submissions for EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and social welfare regulations across the company.
- Draft and review legal letters, notices, and internal compliance documents.
- Assist HR/Admin in preparing undertakings, employee legal files, and compliance records.
- Oversee timely renewal and updates of legal licenses and business certifications.
- Stay informed on government policy changes and ensure their effective implementation.
- Perform assigned indoor/outdoor tasks related to legal and administrative coordination with external agencies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in compliance, legal coordination, or government dealings.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle external coordination and field tasks efficiently.
