We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Officer to oversee inventory, procurement, logistics, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store management, workforce coordination, and adherence to safety protocols while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Procurement Management: Monitor stock levels, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Dispatch & Logistic Management: Coordinate the dispatch of goods and oversee logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance & Safety Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and implement workplace safety protocols.
- Workforce Attendance & Management: Supervise staff attendance and manage workforce allocation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle documentation for operational transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for team and vendor management.
