Job Description:

Saeed Ghani 1888, a leading FMCG company in Pakistan, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager Warehouse & Logistics to oversee and optimize warehouse operations and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, streamline logistics, and uphold company standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through periodic audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Optimize space utilization, warehouse layout, and workflow efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with transport vendors and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, stock movement, and logistics efficiency.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be a male candidate (as per company’s current hiring requirement)
